Nevels Stoves realizes how important prompt, safe delivery
of your new stove or Barbecue is to you. That's why we use only
the most reliable carriers and ship all of our stoves boxed and
secured to a pallet for maximum protection. We look for the best
rates possible without affecting the quality and care a shipper
should provide to safeguard your new product. We will select the
carrier who delivers your stove depending on the area it will
be delivered in. Should you have a preference and wish to arrange
pickup and delivery yourself we will work out the details with
you.
In many circumstances your new stove will be shipped within
a few days of placing an order. In some instances shipping may
not occur for up to 14 days depending on availability of stock.
Your representative will be able to give you an estimate on the
product you want when you place your order.
Shipping costs very depending on your location. We will be happy
to quote you shipping costs when you provide us with you address
and zip code.
You may pick which of 3 delivery methods you wish from the list
below.
Shipping Terminal Pickup. This is easily the most cost
effective way to get your new stove. We will ship your new stove
via one of our network of carriers to a terminal closest to your
home. Because our shippers have an extensive network of terminals
the chances are that your stove will be only a short drive away.
You will be notified when your shipment arrives at the terminal.
When you arrive at the terminal our carrier will help you load
your stove safely into your vehicle.
Commercial Delivery can be made to a business address
providing you have either a loading dock or a forklift to remove
the stove from the truck. If your commercial address does not
have these facilities please see the Door-to-Door delivery option.
This option is almost as cost effective as terminal will call
pickups.
Door-to-Door - Delivery to your home address from our
warehouse is the easiest for the homeowner but incurs additional
costs for shipping. Our carrier will bring your new stove to your
home and unload it using a lift- gate truck on the driveway. If
you choose this method our carrier will arrange for a specific
delivery date and time to deliver your new stove
Important!
We ask that you to carefully inspect your shipment for any damage
that may have occurred to your shipment packaging. Shipping damage
is very rare but if any indication of shipping damage exists (crushed
or opened boxes) you have the right to further inspect the shipment
before signing for it. If you find any damage to your product
on further inspection please refuse delivery of the item and call
us immediately. We guarantee that your product will arrive in
pristine condition and we will replace any item that has been
damaged in shipment.
