Every new stove sold through Nevels Stoves carries a full
manufacturers' warranty. Every warranty has different terms
but it generally includes all electrical and mechanical parts,
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. Many of our product lines offer extended and even
lifetime warranties on certain parts such as fireboxes and heat
exchange units.
Warranties do not usually cover misuse, abuse or neglect
of the unit, problems associated with improper installation of
the unit or basic maintenance items.
Many issues have simple solutions and do not require
warranty service, just some friendly advice. Nevels Stoves always

can help you fix the problem or arrange warranty repair should
you require it.
The quality of our product is such that we doubt you will
ever need to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty
but in the event that you do Nevels Stoves will be your sole source
of replacement parts. It is your responsibility to return any
defective part to us at the address provided with the new part.
We will charge you for the parts shipped for security reasons
but will be happy to reimburse you when the defective part is
returned to us. We will ship the parts to you (usually via UPS)
You will be paid for labor based on the manufacturers rate schedule
for that specific repair as reimbursement for your expenses. We
are not responsible for additional fees above and beyond the Manufacturers
rate schedule.

The Serial Number of the Unit
Manufacturers name and model name or number
Type of stove (Gas, Wood or Pellet)
Was the unit professionally installed
A clear description of the problem encountered
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your selection you may return
it to us in the original unopened package and in re-saleable condition
within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will receive a full
refund less a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges
once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Return
shipping is your responsibility.
We use only reputable shippers. When your product arrives
you should carefully inspect the packaging for signs of damage.
Each shipping company carries liability insurance and is responsible
to you for any damage to your product. If you do find signs of
damage please note the damage on the shipping bill and inform
us via our service number.

We look for the very best products we can find and only offer
those which we would be proud to use ourselves. It is important
to note however that we do not manufacture the products we sell
and are not responsible nor will we assume any liability arising
from the use, abuse or misuse, improper installation, operation
or maintenance of any product purchased from us. We will not be
responsible for any amount other than the original purchase price
of the product.
